Thousands of judicial trials get affected all around the world by racial discrimination and sympathy. Thousands of people have been denied justice just because "they looked like a murderer" or because they were dark-skinned. Most judges have failed to even acknowledge this problem. 

We cannot hold the judges liable for this. It's the systems fault. Judges are humans and they are bound to experience emotions, sympathy (though not racism) while evaluating trials. A new system must be introduced to tackle this unseen problem. As much as we expect the judges to put their emotions aside, at the end of the day the human conscience will be a big part of their decision which is not the answer to solving problems in the judiciary since evidence is worth more than gore.

In the new system the judges will receive a copy of the facts that has been approved by the defendants and the plaintiffs. The judges should then be sequestrated so that the different views promoted by the media will not affect their decision. This requires utmost dedication because as the quote goes - when a judiciary cannot protect humanity, it is a sign of darkness.

This system would not be very easy in a jury since the idea of sequestration will severely backfire against its implementation. However with AI now being used in various fields like security, agriculture and sports; and its addition to the judiciary in a decade or so can transform the judiciary into a whole other level. Decisions in the court cannot be based on conscience, ethics or principles. More importantly any discrimination cannot take place in the court and with AI making a decision based on constitution; justice is never denied.

This act can completely change a country in a wide number of ways. For example, in the US 60% of prisoners are black and black offenders receive longer sentences compared to white offenders

The most shocking of all is that 5.3 million Americans have been denied the right to vote due to past felony convictions and with AI in courts there may be a second Barack Obama. With all offenders behind bars the political system throughout the world will be amended.

Many judges in India have been quoted saying that around 30% of the judges are corrupt. This is a big setback in countries like India where the judge system is followed and corruption is implanted in the judiciary and with AI in the midst corruption will certainly retire.
